Users appreciate convenient software solutions. User interfaces have to be easily understandable, as comprehensive as possible, and intuitively learnable.
We guarantee the ease of use of our software solutions by special user-centred design and prototyping. As a result, we have software solutions which make it easy to determine what needs to be done and how, and the desired result is achieved by fewer movements.
A synonym for ease of use is user-friendliness. The user interface designer is the key person in the creation of a user-friendly software solution. He/she is simultaneously following the aspect of user-friendliness, while developing the system internally. The following factors are the quality criteria of his or her work:
- how many mistakes does a user make, while using the software;
- how fast can a user get his or her things done by using the software;
- how fast does he or she learn to intuitively use the software;
- how well can he or she remember all he/she learnt, and how automatic are his/her work processes the next time around;
- how satisfied is the software user.
