Licensing
Ortella is licensed on the basis of modules, and for the adoption of each module, an institution has to buy one licence. The price of Ortella does not depend neither on the number of users nor on the volume of documents, i.e. when the number or volume increases, there will be no extra fee. When you decide to adopt Ortella, it is a one-time cost in terms of purchasing a module; you can also add voluntary maintenance service (which will cost you 20% of the purchase cost a year).
Adoption
Experience shows that in general, the adoption of one Ortella module does not take more than 1 or 1.5 months. Therefore, you do not have to plan long introduction processes which are often a big impediment when adopting software.
