In order to improve communications in the company, Seesam decided to adopt MS Lync Server 2010 solution. Lync Server solution includes communication platform which is, on the one hand, closely integrated with other Microsoft solutions, and on the other hand, joins different communication channels with each other.
In Seesam, Lync platform was integrated with the company’s telephone system – this facilitates the use of Lync for making ”ordinary“ phone calls.
