Net Group has been working for more than 10 years as a successful Estonian IT company. Our rapid growth was acknowledged last year when the IT companies’ ranking list was compiled – we came 4th. Up to this day, we have mainly been active on the Estonian market, but year by year, we are moving towards both Nordic and Western European markets, providing innovative IT solutions.

Net Group over the years:
Net Group was created by two men in 1999 with the start-up capital of mobile phone Nokia 3110;
- In 2000, we started with selling IBM products;
- In 2001, we started making web pages and web applications on the basis of Microsoft technology;
- In 2002, we started with business analytics;
- In 2003, we started selling back-up solutions;
- In 2004, we created a joint company with the Finns – Automaster OÜ which has been sold to the world’s biggest car software company, ADP.com, by now;
- In 2005, we invested 34% in information security company Stallion AS;
- In 2006, we bought the infrastructure services business line from Siemens;
- In 2007, we concluded first successful sales to foreign countries, including m-Loto solution to Ireland;
- In 2008, we started providing voice telephony solutions;
- In 2009, we bought Vita Group OÜ;
- In 2010, we started to sell our CRM and Billing solution Synerall on foreign markets.
