In Net Group, I work with disk massives and virtual world. As a result of my work, I make old physical servers, which are many years old, disappear, and they start new lives as virtual servers. In my spare time, I play basketball and when I have the time, I go to folk dance rehearsals.
By now, I have worked at Net Group team for over 4 years. I ended up working here when the business division of another company was added to Net Group, so-to-say as a bonus. I am constantly motivated as no two work days are the same. There is always something new which needs another, different solution. Thanks to that, I can constantly develop.

I have been interested in IT for over 15 years. For me, it is important to keep developing you professional skills and be up to date with new IT technologies. In my spare time, I like to read books on philosophy.
At Net Group, I work as a system administrator. I believe that my skills and experiences help to quickly find necessary solutions to the customers’ worries, and provide them with high-quality maintenance services.

IT profession is based on the sciences. I view software development as a creative activity – you start from scratch, have to come up with witty solutions, and will see in the end how it all comes to life and starts to interact.
Technology is just a tool for achieving communication and exchange of information between people in an easier and more effective way. This is the goal I help to achieve. I often play the role of software architect and take care of the big picture looking beautiful.
From the technical point of view, my goal is to have an adequately good overview of my profession, in order to choose the best solution; at the same time, the overview has to be narrow enough to create the best solution. In designing solutions, we pay a lot of attention to both testing and testability, by using different technologies in the first stage of development.
You need the right people to do something big. People are the most important. I believe that there are people at Net Group who I trust and who I can confide in achieving something big together. I like that there is decent support from project management – people dare to make decisions and keep their fingers on the pulse.

I always express my opinion when I have something to say. I like order. Some of my hobbies include 3D, photography, swimming, and bizarre bicycles . It is important to focus on everything you have started, and wish to continue until the end.
At Net Group, I work as a software developer on .net platform. My work consists of developing applications which meet the customer’s needs, and having the added spice of our know-how and recommendations. Who needs these? All parties do. The business of NG is blooming, I can realise my potential, the customers are happy – win-win-win .

By now, I have worked at Net Group for some years. Friends were one important reason for me to continue working at Net Group. Also, I see that I can develop myself at Net Group and help to contribute to the company’s development. And let us be honest – at the end of the day, everybody is happy when the work you do is appropriately rewarded.

I work at Net Group as a software developer – I am the person trying to perfect the completed maps of information systems, and use all my wits to build from the foundation to the chimney. It is important for me to do unto others as you would have them do unto you – while avoiding the negative aspects of the saying “what’s good for the goose is good for the gander”; it is important to “educate” my colleague Mihkel weekly in badminton.
My stay at this company for four years already has definitely been supported by thankful customers and colleagues. In fact, it is difficult to say why Net Group is the place to work at, as I have not had to think about it for such a long time.

At Net Group, I manage the software sales division. The more interesting projects I bring on to our developers, the more interesting my work is as well. Besides insularity (coming from the biggest island of Estonia, Saaremaa, whose inhabitants are peculiar in this sense), I am also characterised by being self-sustaining, open and fond of nature.
Before joining the current team, I had professional contact with Net Group before – my impression of a successful company and sincere people has only been strengthened while working here. The biggest bonus for me is an opportunity to have a say in everything and help to achieve an even better result – be that the choice of the colour of the office walls, or making decisions about the company’s strategy.
